Gaps between the map and the final designs: objects, states or verbs the map has that no screen covers yet.
The Premium plan includes a due diligence report, but no screen shows a request’s progress or the report itself.

The site promises filtering by amenity, but search filters cover type, location and price only. Every property has features; none can be searched.
Search
The admin form keeps listing type and availability status apart, but the record shows one field, “Property Status: Sales”, while tables say “Available” or “Sold”.

Alerts for new listings and price changes are promised on the home page, and Settings has a Notifications tab, but no screen sets up an alert for a client.

One column per object. Example values are the designs’ sample data. Chips show where an action appears: P on public pages, D in the agent dashboard (web and mobile), A in the admin console. Hatched stickies are actions promised or implied that no screen designs yet.
